A membership keeps everything in one place and makes it easier to stay connected with the community. Members get:

• Access to all events in one place
• A shared events calendar
• Notifications when events are uploaded meaning you have early access
• Alerts when spaces become available at fully booked meets
• Access to the group chats and community discussions 

Our membership is just £1 a month which is considerably cheaper than other community groups like ours and helps keep the community sustainable, organised, active and growing. It also helps cover costs such as insurances, the website etc.

You can sign up via the app CLIQ which is available to download on both android and the app store. Once downloaded just search for our club 'Surrey Girls Socials' and join!

Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.

As membership provides immediate access to community spaces, group chats, updates and member benefits, we are unable to offer refunds for:

• unused memberships, 
• partial months, 
• missed events, 
• inactivity, 
• or changes of mind. 

If you cancel your membership, access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will then be taken.

Event tickets may have separate refund terms depending on the venue or event organiser. Please check individual event details before booking.

Surrey Girls Socials reserves the right to remove memberships where behaviour breaches our community guidelines or creates an unsafe environment for others. Refunds will not be provided in these circumstances.

Members may cancel their membership at any time through the CLIQ platform or by contacting Surrey Girls Socials before the next billing date.

Once cancelled, membership access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Future payments will then stop automatically.

Membership fees are non-refundable once a payment has been processed, including where:

• a member chooses not to attend events, 
• a member is inactive, 
• or a member is removed for breaching community guidelines or creating an unsafe environment for others. 

Surrey Girls Socials reserves the right to suspend or remove memberships where behaviour is considered:

• bullying, 
• abusive, 
• discriminatory, 
• threatening, 
• harassing, 
• disruptive, 
• or harmful to the community atmosphere. 

We aim to maintain a safe, welcoming and supportive space for all members.
